1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GRABIT marketplace operated by Funnel Web Digital Solutions (ABN 24 207 556 552) trading as GRABIT ("we", "our", "us"). By using our marketplace, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on GRABIT.

3. Beta Service

GRABIT is currently in beta phase. This means:

• Features may change without notice
• Occasional technical issues may occur
• We appreciate your patience and feedback

4. How GRABIT Works

• GRABIT is a marketplace connecting you with independent vendors
• Each vendor is responsible for their products and fulfilment
• We facilitate transactions but do not sell products directly
• All vendors are Australian businesses

5. Ordering and Payment

5.1 Placing Orders

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
• Provide accurate shipping and contact information
• Review your order before submitting
• Guest checkout available (no account required)

5.2 Payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• We do not store your payment card information
• Payment is taken when you place your order

5.3 Order Confirmation

• You'll receive an email confirmation after ordering
• Each vendor will fulfil their portion of your order separately

5.4 Payment Fraud

• You must use payment methods you're legally authorised to use
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment information is prohibited and will be reported to authorities
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement on payment fraud investigations
• Fraudulent transactions may result in immediate account termination

6. Shipping

• Australia only: Vendors on GRABIT can currently only ship to Australian addresses
• Shipping costs and times vary by vendor
• Each vendor ships their items separately
• Track your orders through confirmation emails

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are protected. You're entitled to remedies for items that are:

• Not as described
• Faulty or defective
• Not fit for purpose
• Not of acceptable quality
• Not delivered within a reasonable time

7.2 Change of Mind Returns

• Check each vendor's return policy
• Policies vary by vendor
• Return shipping may be at your expense

7.3 How to Return

• Visit our support page and submit a ticket
• Contact us at [email protected] with:
  • Your order number (e.g., GRB-XXXXXX)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged/faulty
• We'll coordinate with the vendor
• Follow the return instructions provided

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Provide false information
• Use the marketplace for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass payment systems
• Harass vendors or other users
• Violate any applicable laws
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) without our written permission
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in our systems
• Access or attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the marketplace or servers
• Circumvent any security features or access controls
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions
• Manipulate or artificially inflate product views, sales, or ratings
• Use the marketplace to test credit card validity
• Harvest or collect information about vendors or other users
• Resell or commercially exploit your account access
• Post reviews or ratings that are fake, misleading, or incentivised
• Impersonate GRABIT, vendors, or other users
• Use the platform to advertise external services without permission
• Exploit bugs or errors instead of reporting them to us
• Engage in any conduct that we reasonably believe harms GRABIT, our vendors, or users

9. Product Information

• Product information comes from our curated database of approved products
• We strive for accuracy but errors may occur
• Check product details carefully before ordering
• Specific health/supplement disclaimers appear on product pages

10. Liability Limitations

10.1 Vendor Relationships

• Vendors are independent businesses
• We are not liable for vendor products or services
• We coordinate with vendors to resolve product issues during our beta phase

10.2 Platform Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We provide the marketplace "as is"
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Our liability is limited to the fees we actually receive

11.1 With Vendors

• During beta, all vendor disputes go through GRABIT
• Visit our support page and submit a ticket

  • Your order number (e.g., GRB-XXXXXX)
  • Dispute reason and any further information
• We'll try to help but cannot guarantee resolution

11.2 With GRABIT

• We'll work to resolve issues promptly
• These Terms are governed by NSW law

12. Privacy

Your use of GRABIT is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be notified on our marketplace.
