Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
All products sold on GRABIT come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Automatic Rights to Return
You can return items without question if they are:
- ❌ Not as described or advertised
- ❌ Defective, faulty, or damaged
- ❌ Not fit for their intended purpose
- ❌ Of unacceptable quality
- ❌ Not delivered within the promised timeframe
Change of Mind Returns
- Each vendor sets their own change of mind policy
- Check the vendor's return policy before purchasing
- Return shipping costs may apply for change of mind
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
How to Return an Item
- Visit our support page and submit a ticket
- Contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number (e.g., GRB-XXXXXX)
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged/faulty
- We'll coordinate with the vendor and provide:
- Return authorisation
- Return shipping instructions
- Expected refund timeframe
- Ship the item following our instructions
- Receive your refund once the vendor confirms receipt
Refund Processing
- Faulty items: Full refund including original shipping
- Change of mind: Product cost only (if vendor allows)
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after vendor receives item
- Refund method: Original payment method
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, vendors may not accept returns on:
- Opened supplements or vitamins
- Personal care items
- Items marked as final sale
