Shipping & Delivery
This Shipping Policy explains how shipping and delivery works on the GRABIT Marketplace (operated by Funnel Web Digital Solutions, ABN 24 207 556 552).
1. Understanding the GRABIT Marketplace
GRABIT is a marketplace platform that connects you with independent Australian retailers and brands. When you purchase a product through GRABIT:
- The product is sold and shipped by the individual retailer/brand (the "Vendor")
- GRABIT facilitates the transaction and provides customer support
- Each Vendor manages their own inventory, packaging, and shipping
Important: Because products are shipped by different Vendors, shipping times and costs may vary depending on which retailer you purchase from.
2. Shipping Information Display
On each product page, you'll find:
- Estimated delivery timeframe for that specific product
- Shipping cost (calculated at checkout based on your location)
- The Vendor responsible for fulfiling your order
If you order multiple products from different Vendors, each item will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
3. General Delivery Timeframes
Most Vendors ship within Australia with typical delivery times of:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 2-5 business days from dispatch
- Other metro and regional areas: 3-7 business days from dispatch
- Remote areas: 7-14 business days from dispatch
Note: These are general estimates. Actual delivery times depend on the specific Vendor, product availability, and your location. Always check the product page for specific delivery information.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by each individual Vendor and vary based on:
- Your delivery location
- Product size and weight
- Vendor's shipping policies
The exact shipping cost will be displayed:
- On the product page (estimated)
- At checkout (final amount before payment)
Some Vendors may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. This will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Order confirmation: You'll receive an email from GRABIT confirming your order details and the Vendor who will fulfil it.
Processing time: Most Vendors process orders within 24-48 hours. Some products may require longer processing (e.g., made-to-order items). Check the product page for specific processing times.
Dispatch notification: Once the Vendor dispatches your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
6. Tracking Your Order
If tracking is available for your order, you'll receive:
- A tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email
- A link to track your parcel with the courier
Note: Not all Vendors provide tracking. If tracking is important to you, check the product page or contact the Vendor before purchasing.
7. Multiple Vendors in One Order
If you purchase products from multiple Vendors in a single checkout:
- Each Vendor will ship their products separately
- You'll receive separate shipping confirmations for each Vendor
- Items may arrive on different days
- Shipping costs are calculated per Vendor
8. Delivery Address
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. Ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order, as Vendors cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
We ship to:
- Residential addresses
- Business addresses
- Australia Post Parcel Lockers
- PO Boxes (where supported by the Vendor's chosen courier)
Please note: Some Vendors may not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. This will be indicated at checkout if applicable.
9. Failed or Undeliverable Orders
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Recipient unavailable for signature (when required)
- Unclaimed parcel
The courier will typically:
- Leave a collection card with instructions
- Attempt redelivery (if applicable)
- Hold the parcel at a depot for collection
If a parcel is returned to the Vendor:
- The Vendor may contact you to arrange reshipment
- You may be charged for reshipping costs
- Refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Vendor's specific policies
10. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Lost parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll work with the Vendor and courier to investigate.
Delayed parcels: Delays can occur due to factors beyond our or the Vendor's control (public holidays, extreme weather, courier issues). We'll assist in tracking down your order.
Damaged parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage (packaging and product)
- Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours
- Keep all packaging materials
- We'll coordinate with the Vendor to arrange a replacement or refund
11. International Shipping
GRABIT currently only supports shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
12. Vendor Responsibilities
Each Vendor on the GRABIT marketplace is responsible for:
- Accurate product availability information
- Timely order processing and dispatch
- Secure and appropriate packaging
- Providing tracking information (where available)
- Complying with Australian consumer law

13. GRABIT's Role
As a marketplace platform, GRABIT:
- Provides a secure platform for transactions between you and Vendors
- Processes payments on behalf of Vendors
- Offers customer support to resolve shipping and delivery issues
- Mediates disputes between customers and Vendors when necessary
While we don't physically ship products, we're here to ensure you have a positive experience on our platform.
